How do I set the right Saddle height?
Place your heels on the pedals and pedal backwards without rocking (keep your body straight). When your pedal is all the way at the bottom of the stroke, your knee should be completely straight. If you can't reach the pedals, then lower your seat. If you have to rock to reach the bottom, lower your seat. If your knees are bent, raise the seat. Finally when you are riding your bike your knee should be between 25 and 30 degrees at the bottom of your pedal stroke. You can check this by riding on a trainer next to a mirror, or our suggestion is to come in to CYCLEWERX and let us help you out. We have all the equipment to measure angles and get you set up in the optimal position.
